Provides navigators to help individuals and businesses make informed health insurance decisions. Offers support service to individuals with chronic illnesses, including HIV/AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, asthma, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness. Provides a variety of targeted prevention and sexual health services to individuals to empower them to make informed and responsible decisions.
Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Offers reproductive health care and education as well as general women's health care.
Provides advocacy for immigrants to become productive members of society while maintaining their cultural identity. Promotes self-sufficiency through employment, education, social support, and economic independence. Offers ESL classes, case management, interpretation and translation, and job placement assistance.
Provides general civil legal services to low-income individuals and families.
Provides community education and planning, as well as direct client services including one-on-one support, trauma informed therapy, crisis intervention, and emergency shelter with a primary focus on domestic and sexual violence and elder abuse.
