Northland Communications provides residence hall Internet connections and Television services. For detailed information and instructions, please go to the ResNet website at http://resnet.sunyocc.edu.
Internet Service
Each student bedroom is equipped with a high speed Internet connection.
- You must have a computer with an Ethernet card and an Ethernet cable in order to use this service.
- Ethernet cards and cables can be purchased from the College bookstore, if necessary.
- You must also have Anti-Virus software such as Norton, McAfee, or AVG installed.
Students connect to the Internet via a "ResNet Account". See the ResNet website for instructions.

Television
An 80 channel television service including 5 ESPN and 8 HBO offerings is available to all resident students. The listing of channels is available on the ResNet website.
