What it is...
Blackboard is OCC's New Learning Management System. It allows instructors to post class content and gives students tools to submit assignments and interact with others in the class. Blackboard can be accessed around the clock either on- or off-campus; all you need is an Internet connection.
Important Note: The college is currently transitioning from the ANGEL to Blackboard Learning Management System. As such, you may have need to access both systems for different courses.
When it's available...
24/7 except during scheduled system maintenances and rare outages.
How to use it...
Log in with your OCC Network username and password.
