Student Computing Responsibilities
As a user of the student computing services and facilities, you have access to valuable College resources, to sensitive data, and to internal and external networks. Consequently, it is important for you to behave in a responsible, ethical, and legal manner. A student's privilege to use these facilities may be terminated for any improper actions including attempts to:
- breach security or privacy rights
- illegal duplication or distribution of copyrighted material
- disruption or damage to computer/network services, software, or hardware
- use of facilities for commercial purposes
- use of computing resources to libel, slander, or harass any other person
- or violation of any federal, state, and local laws
