What it is...

WebAccess provides students and employees with secured access to common transactions and administrative information using the web.  Register for Classes, Check your Schedule, Check your Financial Aid, View your Grades - and more.  You do not have to be on campus to use WebAccess - all you need is an Internet connection.

Note: WebAccess is for convenience only. WebAccess printed output is not considered an official College document.

When it's available...

24/7 except during scheduled system maintenances and rare outages. Check the Academic Calendar for important registration dates.

How to use it...

You must first log in with your User ID + password.

 

Already have a User ID? Launch WebAccess
Taken a class in recent years? See if you already have a User ID.
Need a User ID? Create a User ID
Forgot your User ID? User ID Lookup
Don't know your password? Check your password hint. No hint? Try your birthdate (MMDDYY).

Notes:
  • Your WebAccess User ID is the same as the ID you use to sign into the College Network.  Be sure to use all lower case letters.
  • When accessing WebAccess for the first time, the password will be your date of birth (mmddyy format).  For example, if your birthday is April 5, 1987, your initial password will be 040587.  You will be prompted to change it during the initial logon. Be sure to enter a hint to help you remember your password.  We recommend that you use the same password for WebAccess that you use to log in to the College Network.
  • Passwords may be changed at any time via the What’s my password? option on the main landing page of WebAccess.
  • Both your User ID and password are case sensitive.
  • Always remember to create a hint to help you remember your password.
  • Passwords must be 6-9 characters in length and include at least one number.
  • Passwords should not contain any portion of your name and should be unique.
  • Passwords are currently valid for 365 days.  You'll be prompted to create a new password after that time.Whom to contact...
