Do You Need Ongoing Tutoring?
A student may arrange to work with a tutor on a regular basis each week of the semester. The tutor will help with individual study skill difficulties or specific reading problems.
Do You Need Just Minor Help?
You may make appointments for short-term help in one or two areas. For example, if you have problems taking biology lecture notes or reading a psychology text, you may work with a tutor for just a session or two. The tutor will help you deal with your immediate needs and give you practical advice.
Want to Move at Your Own Pace?
The Study Skills Center also has a series of workshops available on videotape. Come in and check out the titles.
Who Can Use These Services?
Any OCC student. Full or part-time. Day or Evening.
