Overview

The International Student Services Office (ISSO) at Onondaga Community College facilitates international students’ transition to a student’s life in Syracuse, NY. We provide various programs and services to meet international students' special needs.

The ISSO is a “Home Away From Home” for international students. We serve two groups of students: International Students, referred to as those students who are here on a non-immigration visa– F-1 student visa and ESOL (English For Speakers of Other Languages) students, referred to as those who are eligible to establish permanent residency in the United State through their immigrant and refugee status.

We look forward to welcoming you to join more than 500 international and ESOL students representing nearly 60 countries who attend OCC each year.
