Latino – Hispanic – LatinX Heritage Month

 

Onondaga Community College is expanding the concept of Hispanic Heritage Month, a celebration which traditionally runs from September 15 to October 15. OCC’s Hispanic Heritage Month Workgroup chose a theme for this year’s event, “Many Identities, One Tapestry.” The group also decided to expand the event on campus and rename it Latino-Hispanic-LatinX Heritage Month.
