The college will make every effort to announce class cancellations or closings by 6:30 a.m. for daytime and by 4:00 p.m. for evening classes and events. Announcements will be made by means of the College websites and TV monitors, and local radio and TV outlets.
All decisions regarding the cancellation of classes offered at school district extension sites (e.g., Cicero North Syracuse) are made by the individual school districts. . When the school district closes, OCC classes at that school district's site will not be in session. Please check this website or listen to local radio and TV outlets for information.
